Force Siphon is not procing weapon enchants or poisons. But it should, because it is a weapon skill.
Maybe this is becuase its not causing any damage or costs ressources.
But poisons or enchants should proc from light or heavy attacks or weapon skills.

✭✭It's the same as ele drain and reaper's mark, etc. They're not attacks; just debuffs. You can cast them on enemies and they won't attack if they haven't been aggroed yet.1 -

Agree. Still no reason why not to proc. Wording is clear. "Any light attack, heavy attack, or weapon ability has a 20% chance to apply poison effectss". So its not working as worded. Change it or change wording!
Are u sure its not aggroing? I thought Force siphon is aggroing enemies, but not 100% sure here.PC/EU

I believe it only aggro enemies if you have the vate staff because of the tether.0 -
