Yes, I'm submitting this as a bug / exploit report, because my decent, tested-in-previous-patches PvP build is now being (near) one shot with up to 25K (flame) heavy attacks in CP PvP. ZOS, you changed heavy attack sets, such as Undaunted Infiltrator and others, from granting flat damage increases to granting scaleable weapon / spell damage increases. These sets, in combination with Empower and Molten Armamments, grant (mag) DKs the ability to outright one shot people with a single (flame) heavy attack. Even though DKs are the prime candidate for this playstyle, I would not be surprised to see it adapted for other classes in the coming weeks. Needless to say the effectiveness of single heavy attacks from crouch / from a distance makes for a low risk, low skill playstyle that IMO ought not be this effective. Indeed Snipe has been historically nerfed and Crystal Weapon / Crushing Weapon stacking has just been removed this patch. In light of this, I can only assume that the changes to heavy attack sets were an oversight by the the development team. I would humbly suggest that the correct course of action is to simply revert the recent changes to those sets, such as the one mentioned. They had their niche already. What was wrong with that?
