Is Annihilarch's Chosen style in the game now?

I can see it in the outfit collection list but I don't know if this drops from the location. Does anyone know?

Not yet. They'll announce it when both the annihilarch's chosen and fargrave guardian styles are available. Also, they often put up the styles in the crown store the day the motifs are available.

Here's where you can find them after they are available:
• The Annihilarch’s Chosen motif chapters can be obtained by completing Oblivion Portals (probably the ones accessed from the Deadlands).
• The Fargrave Guardian motif chapters can be obtained by completing Fargrave World Boss daily quests.

The Ascending Tide dungeon motifs (Ascendant Order & Dreadsails) are also seen in the outfit collection list, they will most likely be available after High Isle launches.
