New Idea: Custom Housing Themes

Some houses like Hunter's Glade and Bastion Sanguinaris allow infinite use of their respective transformations, Pantherfang Chapel allows you to get married there, my idea would be what if you could "For a modest price" add such a feature to any house you own that would allow you to do these things and more?

For example..

Vampire Lair = Adding this theme to your home would allow infinite use of the Blood Scion transformation

Werewolf Den = Adding this theme to your home would allow infinite use of the Werewolf transformation

Necromancer's Lair = Adding this theme to your home would allow infinite use of the Bone Goliath transformation

Wedding Chapel = Adding this theme to your home would allow the use of the Ring of Mara

Fishing Hole = Adding this theme to your home would allow you to fish within it's water (Only for homes with water, fish caught would be native to the zone where the house is located)

Of course the houses which already have these features would have them by default allowing you to add a second theme on top of them.

Weellll.... None of those sound like fun to me. But I wouldn't care if they were added, as I would just ignore them myself.

Same than reply above me. Am not interested and wouldn't buy it, but since this add wouldn't affect me in any way, no worries if it comes.

Side note: in such polls, there should be an option "not interested/wouldn't use but no worries if added" or similar, because it's a standard answer for many players.

Yes for Custom themes?

Would be nice. Houses need a bit more features to create atmosphere. A setting to allow mounts being used would be nice too, and setting specific weather and day/night cycle.

Not sure if it plays into your suggestion, but I'd be all for modulating themes. I always wanted a Breton keep in Northern Bangkorai because its my character's spiritual home but I'm stuck with stinky orc structures and you just can't wash out the pig stink. Maybe if they made it easier or more spatially-economic to put a veneer over existing houses, this could be a good option.

We're still missing some much needed racial-style structures. I could really REALLY use some Ayleid structural furnishings, and one of my homes can never be finished until they bring them. Same with Alinor. Need some of those cool ancient elf towers!

More directly to your point, I'm all for more functionality for houses. Anything they might add would be awesome. TBH I think they're already sort of doing this, with little unique functionalities added with more recent houses (as you've pointed out).

If they added things along the line of functional Mara Shrine or the Vampire Fountain as furnishings you can buy separately, that would be amazing. With stuff like combat dummies, armoury, ultimate fountains, they're clearly thinking in this way. I'd love to be able to get a small number of harvestables or planter beds (nothing economy-destroying), or writ boards, arena style traps, this sort of thing.
