Group dungeons, dolmens, and delves

Group dungeons, dolmens, and delves are all showing up as undiscovered. Right now I cannot do the Fighter’s Guild dailies, Mage dailies, or Undaunted dailies because I can’t locate the where these destinations are.
On my main I have The Rift 100% completed, but it is showing on the zone map that I do not.

After going back and reviewing my map I am updating what is going on. The mentioned icons for group dungeons, dolmens and delves are showing up as undiscovered on a character with 100% zone discovery. In that same zone an alt is showing the group dungeons as not only discovered but completed. This same character (the alt) has never been into any of that zone’s dungeons. It appears things are backwards with these two characters.- BETA Group: 85 b 9

I have a house in The Rift. If I go into the house the map appears fine for each character. Once I step out into the zone the map is incorrect.
I will try as you suggested and see what happens.

Crimsonwolf666✭✭✭✭I have this issue as well. My 100% zone completed character now shows ALL dolems, dungeons, WBs and more as no longer completed.... very frustrating.0
