ways to acquire the Dragonguard Berserker Armor outfit styles

Are Dragonguard Berserker styles available any other way than purchasing from an IC merchant? The below suggests there is.

New Outfit Styles

The Dragonguard Berserker Armor outfit style is now available for purchase on associated Tel Var Merchants when you are at least Alliance Rank 20. This unique armor visual gives those dedicated to PvP a new look that is solely acquired through PvP activity.

Your chance of obtaining one works similarly to that of obtaining a Nibenese Court Wizard style page – having a higher Tel Var Stone multiplier increases your chances of obtaining one of these new Style Pages.

To retain the prestige of this appearance, the items attained for building this outfit cannot be traded.

Early PTS testing weeks had them drop from the trophy vaults like the Nibenese Court Wizard pages. It had to be changed because it was possible to get duplicates of the untradable Dragonguard Berserker pages.

This is simply a patch note mistake, correct method is the PTS notes.

    Yes and no.
While telvar is acquired in IC, it is acquired by mostly killing PvE mobs.
However you do have to be Alliance Rank 20.
The entire point of this style is that you have to play PvP.

The point of my question was that the patch notes stated they could be acquired like the Nibenese pages, which I bolded/italicized. I wasn't asking if there was a non-PVP way. Anyway, Maitsukas answered it.

for those who are wondering, the entire set of dragonguard berserker style pages costs 325k tel var

most of the pages are 35k tel var each but theres a couple which are less/more than that (most expensive are 2 pages are 75k each and cheapest one is 20k)
    plays PC/NA

Yes but unlike Cyrodil where you can mostly do PvE in peace outside start of events IC is city fighting and therefor brutal.
I find IC fun unless you are outnumbered a lot, in Cyrodil you can still do stuff if outnumbered and if one group own the map PvP ends, in IC that make that size overconfident and they carry a lot of telvar.

Yes that was probably some who did not know IC but during the last event I was sneaking around doing quests on a PvE nightblade to have something to hand in if I could not play, someone attached me then killing some mobs, I killed him getting 10K telvar. I went into sneak, got to an more remote site and ported to Cyrodil.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.
