Does "Out Of Sight" CP stack with Khajiit "Feline Ambush"?

I've tried googling about this, but I couldn't find anything.
Does the CP passive "Out of Sight" (Reduces the radius you can be detected while sneaking by 1 meter per stage) and the Khajiit racial passive "Feline Ambush" (Decreases your detection radius in stealth by 3 meters) stack? Or does one of the versions get cancelled out if you take both?
