Kari's Hit List achievement

I am trying to do Kari's Hit List achievement in the Thieves Guild line, but none of the items I need to steal appear in the game world. I have done this recently on 3 other characters. But for this one, Maiqa, the items do not appear and the achievement shows none of it has been done. I am trying to get this achievement done on all my active characters before the update on March 14 makes it so characters won't be able to get the experience from it. So I need resolution of this issue asap, please. Thanks.

Has the character been to Hew's Bane or the Thieves' Guild headquarters? Otherwise the items won't appear.

It worked!! I 'read' Kari's Hit List book on the table in the Hew's Bane Thieves Den and now the items are in the world for me to steal. Thanks for fixing my problem!

Interesting. This worked for one of my characters who wasn’t seeing any items - but have done it on characters who have never been to TG HQ or read the book and items showed up fine!

Now that you mention that I remembered that I have accidentally stolen an item on a toon that hadn’t done TG before it the past. I just saw a gold book on a table and assumed it was a lore book.

I guess they changed something in the meantime.
