See I'm used to console so I never had those mods anyway. But glad arenas and dungeons worked for you
I was a Day 1 player on PS4. When my console died in Nov of 2020, I got a Stadia and started over. The CP grind isn't nearly as bad as it was before. I was able to get to ~1100CP without much grinding. The graphics are close to PS4/XboxOne level. No add ons but I've had them anyway. The controller isn't bad and I got used to it fairly quickly. As far as lag, I mainly PVP and would only feel the lag when others were home and using a lot of internet with streaming and playing games online with the Switch.

Uh...what? Unhealthy? How is it unhealthy? You could literally say the same thing about any hobby. Anything is bad in excess. If you don't think playing ESO in your free time is "healthy" there are any number of other things you can do, but don't imply that playing a game in general is bad for you. Just like everything else, you do it in moderation. It also signifies how me and many feel about how we are using are free time. Many may be asking, Does ESO really deserve any of my attention right now? Is this beginning to get even a little....unhealthy ???

I've also never heard anyone bring up this concern, so I don't think as many people as you think feel this way.
Hard drives are cheap, cloud require very good internet all the time.
Yes it you have an craptop cloud might work better.
Cloud might also be nice if you travel a lot and don't have an gaming laptop or on console.
But again the hotel wifi has to be good.

So let me know your experience with ESO in the cloud

There are a lot of threads about ESO on Stadia if you are interested in seeing a lot of feedback concerning that service.
One thing anyone considering playing ESO via a cloud service is data usage. To play in HD, as many of us do, is constantly streaming an HD moving. For a heavy player that is some serious data usage and some people have limits on that.
