I had posted this in the PvP bug list forum, but thought it may be worth making a proper post for it as well.
My goal is to
1- At least address and report the bug.
2- Find out the root of this issue, and a way to avoid it, if there is one.
Basically, it seems that there is an issue with server stability when killing too many people at once, and/or triggering too many damage calculations to the server at once, and it may drop you from the server when doing so. I understand the Vicious Death proc can affect many targets at once, but am I wrong to assume the server should be able to handle it? After all, the set is in the game. As a player who is passionate about bombing, this is very disappointing to see, as I hunt for these kind of opportunities. What do I have to look forward to If Im just going to get kicked from the server ? This is besides the fact that I have also blue screened a handful of times when bombing large groups as well. (PS NA)

Also, while critically reviewing my video, I noticed I got 260 ult back before I froze, which means I officially killed 13 players at that point, yet there are arguably 15-20 players in the blast radius, so I arguably got dropped before all my VD kills could be registered, before I hit the so called "limit' (not to mention the missed kills I would have been able to get from my follow up sap essences)
I think its also important to note that I've had friends said they have the same error happen, even during PvE questing etc. so it seems to be a general server issue as well. It seems that this has been going on for a long time, as I found another bomber that had this problem in 2016, in this thread-

I've also noticed I feel extra susceptible to this when Soul Tether bombing, as this seems to be an extreme amount of damage calculations being sent to the server within 1 second, versus destro bombing for an example, which is a slower burn (more server stability?). Even when bombing smaller groups, I often experience extreme lag. The pattern seems to be lag>extreme lag>blue screen/dropped from server- based on the amount of damage/kills I am dishing out.
I am still testing and am going to shut off the combat text to see if that alleviates the issue to any degree.
Love this game and I am just trying to bring things to light so they can be improved.
