Im level 50 he is level 18.......If we go to a public dungeon will his EXP be accelerated if he is in a group with me or does his EXP reflect his level only?

Well this isn't true really...
A decently geared lvl 50 can take a lvl 1 into Skyreach and they can pop a 150% pot or 2 and be lvl 50 within a couple hours, so yes, there is PLing but not in the typical sense.

higher level people can obviously kill stuff faster/more efficiently = more xp per min which allows the lower level to level fasterplays PC/NA

✭✭✭✭As others have said, you get an exp bonus for a group of two. If there are more people in your group or even just in the vicinity of you it'll lower your exp gain, though.
