With regards to your limitations and housing cap I have been eager to add some questions and thoughts on the overall situation.
Firstly, in regards to the housing cap related to overall game performance (specifically PVP) how do these two corelate? For example, the many NPCs, mobs and trees which serve little to no real purpose in a PVP zone. Getting rid of such things to improve the overall game performance so much that it would free up space for actual (profitable and interactable) things that matter, things that the community are so desperate for, housing space. Let's be real here, you need to make a profit, deleting such things from an already problematic zone would free up space to give to a much larger community while creating a more stable Cyrodiil (maybe???) I am no expert, just wanted to give my two cents on it! Thank you for reading!
