Here's my PvP creation for the one shot stamina Warden PvP Build. It will only get stronger in update 33 and use this to nuke huge groups.

The ESO Stamina Warden PvP Build build is for players that are looking to play battlegrounds or Cyrodiil content with a well-rounded class. The ESO Stamina Warden PVP build offers some hard-hitting burst, high mobility and great survivability. The learning curve using the Stamina Warden comes from timing your burst and using both stamina and magicka to survive. Once you begin to learn the skills and timing, you can burst down individual players or groups while being able to survive.

Subterranean Assault (Morph of Scorch | Skill line: Animal Companions) - bursting tool that should be timed with heavy attack/Dawnbreaker to destroy players.
Camouflaged Hunter (Morph of Expert Hunter | Skill line: Fighters Guild) - simple damage added skill that passive increases our critical chance, weapon damage merely for slotting and a great counter gank upon activation.
Bird Of Prey (Morph of Falcon's Swiftness | Skill line: Animal Companions) - speed buff with added benefit of increasing damage by 5% just for slotting.
Rending Slashes (Morph of Twin Slashes | Skill line: Dual Wield) - our simple single target damage over time, combined with plaguebreak DoT for decent pressure damage.
Whirling Blades (Morph of Whirlwind | Skill line: Dual Wield) - massive AoE damage and execute perfect for a big "BOOM" combo with Dawnbreaker.
Dawnbreaker Of Smiting (Morph of Dawnbreaker | Skill line: Fighters Guild) - our bursting ultimate after holding down a heavy attack and landing a sub at the same time.
Bar Two: 2H Sword for Healing & Buffs
Ice Fortress (Morph of Frost Cloak | Skill line: Winters Embrace) - armor buff with minor protection.
Rally (Morph of Momentum | Skill line: Two Handed) - our weapon damage buff that also gives major/minor buff to proc our gear set wretched vitality.
Race Against Time (Morph of Accelerate | Skill line: Psijic Order) - mobility tool and critical damage bonus.
Arctic Blast (Morph of Artic Wind | Skill line: Winters Embrace) - magicka based heal which can also stun enemies.
Resolving Vigor (Morph of Vigor | Skill line: Assault) - stamina based heal over time.
Temporal Guard (Morph of Undo | Skill line: Psijic Order) - our "oh crap" defensive ult though you can use Enchanted Growth from class abilities.
Rotation
Your goal is to time as much damage in a short window as possible. You can do this by working on timing sub, heavy attack, proc set, dawnbreaker (DB), then execute instinctively.
Gear
Optimal Great damage, burst and survivability (swap for more damage/group utility).
5pc plaguebreak on front bar, 5pc back bar of choice, monster, mythic. Chart here
Balorgh: obtained in March of Sacrifice Veteran dungeon.
Why? gives most burst potential centered around our dawnbreaker burst combo.
FLEX OPTION
Plaguebreak: obtained via PvP rewards of the Worthy or from Guild traders.
Why? Best bursting tool to take down large groups and a solid single target dot.
FLEX OPTIONS
Wretched Vitality: craftable 3 traits in Deadlands DLC zone.
Why? Carries our resource sustain with back bar of Rally giving us flexibility in skill selection.

Armor of the Trainee: obtained in overland starter areas or trader.
WHY? 1pc only used for little more stats.
Ring of the Wild Hunt: obtained through antiquities leads (5).
Why? My main survivability tool as a stamina build that lacks burst healing is mobility. It can be swapped out for more damage and use Swift Jewelry instead but I love Wild Hunt still!

Increases your Weapon and Spell Damage by 3 per stage.
Master-at-Arms (Slottable) - 50
Increases your damage done with direct damage attacks by 2% per stage.
Fitness
Boundless Vitality (Slottable) - 50
Grants 28 Max Health per stage.
Slippery (Slottable) - 50
When you are affected by a disabling effect, you automatically Break Free for no cost. After using this effect, you become Winded and cannot trigger this effect or others like it for 21 seconds.

Reduces your damage taken by 1% per negative effect active on you, up to a maximum of 20%.

Rotation

- Cast your Sub Assaults skill, then wait a split second.
- Start your fully charge heavy attack (HA)
- Once sub/HA lands, cast DB immediately
- Cast whirling blades regardless of the HP just to finish off target
- If that doesn’t work, Rending Slash until at 35% health or lower then switch to whirling blades spam
Gear
Optimal Great damage, burst and survivability (swap for more damage/group utility).
