Anyone getting these lately?? Just playing along and....boom......ok looks like the fates have chosen me to play something else...

Since we had that patch a couple of week ago, game just seems buggy as F atm, more than the average...

I've had ESO crash on me several times in recent history, especially last night when flipping zones. Used to never happen, but I crashed in Blackrose Prison, Cyrodiil, and other areas of high ability usage. Not sure what's causing it, but it could also be outside ESO related.... I'm a little suspicious over some of the Nividia graphics card updates that happened recently, but I cannot tell you for sure what's been causing it.

Huh. I've not had a crash like that in.... uh.... almost ever. I don't do anything group content or pvp, so that might be why I'm not affected?

And.... I'm running the 4/21 NVIDIA driver set. I don't upgrade often, as I don't really have anything "cutting edge" as to games or apps.

Yep crashed to desktop happens all the time in Cryodiil for me, something definitely changed

Addons may be the cause.

After the patch 31 I used to have it. I think one of the addon is messed up and even I tried disable enable everytimit i did not work. Here is what I do to solve: (if you are using addons with minion)

go to your addons directory and delete everything. This will remove any customization you did.

Re-install them.

Not had any crashes recently, well if I have they have been so uncommon I don't recall them.

Running a Nvidea graphics card with the most recent driver update, albeit an older card not a new one(gtx 1080)

PC-EU here, I don't run massive amounts of addons, so I suppose it could be something there.

In the past couple of weeks I have been in some massive battles in Cyrodiil(Greyhost), done normal daily stuff, run a lot of Harrowstorms with a good amount of people around etc etc I haven't crashed once.

I hope you can pin down a cause! 💕

Last time I experienced any CTD was when I was doing dolmen runs in Alikr and crashed multiple times after completing the Goat's Head dolmen. As soon as I'd try to mount right after collecting chest... CRASH. That only happened for a couple days, but I've still been running them and haven't had another CTD lately.

PvE zones will be a bit buggier during the MYM event because ZOS reallocated some server resources to Cyrodiil/IC for the event. They will revert the changes after the event, and any increased performance realized in PvP will end and PvE will get it's "stolen" server resources restored. This is how ZOS has done it for at least 5 years now.

This is one of the main ways we know for certain that ZOS investing in more server resources absolutely will increase performance in all zones.

Try turning off the multithreading setting in 'settings' -> 'video'

I had it on for a while and I did experience some freeze/crashes, but never to desktop.

Update all your addons, remove obsolete/useless ones and update your drivers (worth a chance)

Do you know for a fact that the server resources are redistributed in that way? If so, link to source please. While I understand that it's often reported that Cyrodiil performs better during the MYM event might that not be due to some other adjustment server-side, such as reduction of anti-cheat systems etc? I'm only giving that as a hypothetical example, but if it is known for sure that server resources are switched then it would be good to see a source for that.

CTD's are common for me at dolmens. Also ctd'd while killing skeletons for the daily endeavors.

I had one in Cyrodill just now - with windows telling me the program is no longer responding.
Also had one last night, so yeah...this is a thing I guess.

Just had two of these crashes myself when i was doing sunhold, tried to attack a couple of sea elves and instant crashed to desktop both times

Happens constantly in Cyrodiil to my friends and I. I don't spend a lot of time in other zones anymore, so can't speak to them much... other than it did happen in Vivec City to me a couple weeks ago as well. So not just a Cyro issue, just more prevalent there.

I played in Cyro a few days ago and got kicked straight to desktop. The game didn't even glitch out, or show any signs of crashing. Just went poof and next thing I knew I was starting at my desktop screen. When I logged back on I noticed that most people in the group were also offline. So it must have happened to a lot of people in the whole zone. I usually don't PvP so this hasn't happened before while playing ESO.

I get them in almost every dungeon or trial I do. My tank seems to get the most especially when I'm pulling in trash and then bar swap. That is on PC.
PS4 I get kicked going through loading screens. Attempting to enter a delve right now ..get the long loading screen message and crash.
Been this way for months now.

Been like this for a year - for me it's actually been a bit better since U32 so I guess they fixed one of the problems I was hitting.

I had an almost crash free system. And then came update 32, which resulted in at least 4 crashes per evening, for the most ridiculous reasons : drinking a potion, picking a lock, doing nothing (!), etc. One of the last patches has made it somewhat better, but 'm still experiencing random crashes, although not as much as when U32 was released.
