Map stuck opened in the middle of the screen

Please try to start a BG while you have a map open... then you'll see. When I'm waiting to start a BG, I often keep my map open, to check around. If I press "E" to start the BG without closing my map, I will have a map stuck opened in the middle of the screen. Nothing to do... only logout.

My friend encoutered that few days ago and when I searched about it found this https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/565511/49710-days-debuff 2021 post, but someone mentioned it's 2 years old bug then and not solved yet. Welp, here we, 2 years later.0 -

Those 136+-year-long bugged debuffs are almost all completely harmless, as explained in that thread. The steak bug mentioned there is bad, but not IME nearly as bad as having your screen covered in a map.0
