Can the Ilambris Arms be dyed? If so, do any of the dye channels affect the color of the flames?

They can be dyed. The only way to get a different color flame is via the opal versions, which are a different cosmetic and cannot be dyed at all.. Additionally, the bright orange glow along the edge of the blades cannot be dyed. So, there will always be orange glowing metal components to the items. (This is not present on the Opal versions, though they do have a similar orange tone in places.)

Should be, as every other pack. Special VFX aren't "dyeable" being separate thing.
