How is it possible that this skill still doesn't work in PvP areas after all this time?
When is ZOS gonna fix this ***? This is a big issue to not have it addressed by now!

MoMo_Blend✭✭Yeah, I am having this same issue. It seems to happen more when there are some high frame rate battle happening. I noticed I get a "target out of range" even when I am on top of said target.
I posted in the Xbox bug report, but got nothing on it.2
