I'd love to see us be able to change our houses names and descriptions for when we or someone else teleports to our homes. This would give us more freedom to give our houses our own history and even change what it is completely. For example that dark brotherhood sanctuary house could be something else entirely and changing its name and description would just give our visitors an idea of what the build actually is (yes I'm aware we can change the name in the collections menu, much like our pets and mounts, but if no one can see it what's the point?).
