Not sure if its an exploit or bug but the one scroll on EU Coldharbor has been left floating in the middle of the slaughterfish filled lake and hasn't reset.
Needs external intervention I assume ?

✭That is actually often a rotten move by people out to ruin the game. It does of course happen that people mistakenly fall or go into the wrong waters with the scroll (heavens knows it has happened to me once), but some people rush to take a scroll and then rush to drop it in the nearest slaughterfish-infested river or lake, just to upset everyone else. Not a popular move, I might add.
