Mount speed issues

So my mount is maxed out 60/60/60 but when i mount up and sprint i only move as if it was a new char with no mount training. I dont have any addons for mount and i dont use the assault skill for speed either i never have. But here recently i have been getting this issue when mounting. Is there something i can do to fix this issue cause it is a huge inconvenience?

It kind of sounds like you're in walking mode! Check your your toggle run/walk keybind under> esc> controls.
