Imperial city CC bugs

Any skills or ultimates that either are CCs or add cc effects to their use ARE NOT WORKING at all in Imperial City. This super sucks as a DK (especially stamina type) cuz we heavily rely on them in Pvp to be even remotely successful. This has been a bug for a long time now and it frustrating to not be able to use them, but see other alliance players successfully use them. Any fixes?
