Vrg-xalvakka-shade bug

My team is progressing Planesbreaker on xbox and there currently is a bug on the 3rd floor of the xalvakka where the shade blinks from being the real one to the fake one multiple times. It does this bug multiple times to where you spend too much time trying to find the real shade and people end up dying which is very frustrating.

There are multiple teams currently who experience this bug on xbox so it isn't just a one time thing, it happens every single time we're on the 3rd floor of xalvakka. If anyone else has experienced or knows how to fix this problem please dm me.
