What I normally deal with in ESO is the freezing login load screen. and or the infinite load screen before Character page.
I know all about the quick fixes on the client side ( clear cache, restart , reinstall, etc) , but I eventually get through it and get into the game, with that said...
I am very aware that the ESO server Architecture is outdated , since the game is way bigger and more complex then when it was in 2014...
I also read the official statement about 2022 year long server fixing of said architecture.
My question is, can any of you tech support people explain what exactly is happening when these things go on ( loading freeze and or infinite loading) ?
From a server side of things, what's happening? What's failing? Is it just some sort of bottle necking?? Thanks
