FPS 1 Ping 999 this AM

My game is unplayable this AM, with FPS 1-2 and ping 999. I have quit the game and reloaded several times with no improvement. My cable internet connection is at normal speed and Task Manager shows no unusual activity. I had no problems with ESO yesterday. I am on NA PC server.

c363b✭✭✭I found the problem. When I did a Minion update this AM it loaded a broken version of Craftstore. A new version was issued later this AM, so another Minion update fixed the problem.0
