Mount looks better without FX

My game failed to load properly for a second, and the Sovngarde Steed without fx revealed to be incredibly detailed. Such fine work on the model is lost under the glowing lighting fx, which makes the mount look bland in comparison.
Would love the option to disable overdone visual effects on mounts.

The new elk mount that you get for pre-ordering the next chapter looks great, too, but the glowy part around it is really off-putting.

Which is a shame, really, because I would have loved to use that with my bosmer. The arrow quivers on the saddle fit the look nicely.

It would be really nice to be able to turn off additional effects on mounts. There's several where I like the design but not all the visual noise around it.

Ideally I'd also like to be able to change the colour of the tack and armour. For this one for example I'd prefer silver to gold. A dye system could actually help with both, because in other games where mounts are dyable I can sometimes 'remove' effects by dying them a dark or dull colour so they barely show.

Would love toggling on and off all the special VFX on stuff like that (not all at once, different effects separately), even just on a player side and not a server.
