And you can even do the "Earn Tel Var through kills or rewards" one via the Intro quest. The prize box it gives you at the end contains a random amount of Tel Var (took me three alts. 65, 45, 65 telvar)

Battlegrounds. You can do pretty much any of them in Battlegrounds since you do get Tel Var Stones from Battlegrounds right now due to the event boxes.

Yes, this works. I finished the daily endeavors with the Earn Tel Var one. I got some of the Tel Var from the intro quest, and the rest by turning in one of the Imperial City Daily that I did about a week ago (on multiple alts). Since I don't like doing the IC dailies (which are all PvE) during the event when it is crowded with folks camping the quest locations, this event I did them ahead of time, while IC was pretty much empty of players.

Also confirming this works; just need a few alts to get enough Tel Var for the endeavor. The intro quest takes less than a minute to do. And you also knock out the Holiday Quest endeavor.

Which one is the Intro Quest?
I just did what I thought was the Intro; the three-part thing with Seige Engines, Repairing Seige Engines, and "Report for Duty", but I didn't receive any Tel Var, or earn any Endeavor credit.

EDIT: Oh, wait. The EVENT Intro. DUH. Nevermind. I'm not slow or nuthin'.

I think they're talking about the Event Intro quest that you can pick up for free from the Crown Store, or alternatively just walk up to Predicant Maera quest giver.

The event quest is the intro quest. You can get it from the crown store (for free) or walk up to the questgiver at one of the Battleground camps, for example in Vivec City behind the crafting writ drop off place.

I swear there is a misconcept of pve players being the royalty of ESO. You can choose to do whatever with this event. Quit whining though. if it is not your cup of tea, there are many who favour this part of the game to whatever you do in your pve land.

Same. I was surprised that I was able to collect 150 telvar stones by doing 15 minutes of PVE quests in one of those cyrodiil towns.

Oh, wow. That intro quest is WAY easier than I was expecting -- it's all dialog with Predicant Maera, while standing right there, except for the little side-step to drink from the Gore Virtuosa thing.

And for anyone bristling about there not being at least 3 PvE Endeavor tasks today... doing the event intro once satisfies the Holiday Quest, and doing it three times (three different characters) grants enough Tel Var (via the reward box she gives you) to satisfy the 150 Tel Var task...
all for clicking through a small bit of dialog.

        - Kill 15 Foes with Weapon Abilities
This is a PvE endeavor, so not a problem.

        - Earn 150 Tel Var Stones Through Kills and Rewards
This must be done in a PvP zone, but you can earn it through PvE and it doesn't take long to get 150 Tel Var. Also, the event coffers frequently have Tel Var in them-- even if you got them in Cyrodiil-- and the description says "and Rewards," so those might count, too. In short, I think this one is easily doable by non-PvP players.

        - Revive 1 Fallen Player
This can be done in a PvE zone, so not a problem.

        - Complete 1 Quest for Bruma in Cyrodiil
This is almost certainly the toughest one of the bunch. The actual quests aren't difficult, but Bruma is a flag town so it's often a location of back-and-forth PvP fighting between the alliances.

        - Complete 1 Holiday Quest
None of the daily quests counted for this one, so it must be talking about the introductory quest for this event. It does require going to Cyrodiil, but you don't need to leave the safe area of your alliance base, so it's guaranteed to be PvP-free.

Thus, players who don't want to engage in, or be exposed to, any PvP at all can still do 3 of the 5 endeavors.

As already mentioned, neither of these requires going to any PvP zone or activity. Well, as long as you have 3 alts to do the Event Intro quest on.

(and it doesn't matter that you can gather Tel Var via PvE in IC. It still involves entering IC, which for those of us who refuse to do that on principle, doesn't work. But like I said, I fully accept that there'll be some things I miss by not going to the PvP zones. I'll still never set foot in them, even for non-PvP activities. Not even to do the Cyro tutorial.)

No, the event intro doesn't require you to go to Cyrodiil. (is that what happens if you take the quest from the Crown Store?)

It can be done in its entirety at one of the three locations where Predicant Maera is located, in Daggerfall, Glenumbra, not too far from the wayshrine, just outside Davon's Watch in Stonefalls (in view of the Davon's Watch wayshrine), and I'm guessing Wayrest in Stormhaven? (that's the one location I didn't go to for the quest).

ETA: Ack. It's more than just 3 locations. The Battleground Camps number more than that, and they are located in or near the same cities where the Impressario is active during an event. (for anyone who didn't already know that.)

Thank you both! I was just coming to edit my post because I realized that the Holiday Quest can be done at any Battlegrounds camp. And doing that quest on alts so you can get 150 Tel Var that way is an excellent idea. So 4 of the 5 can be done without even entering a PvP zone. :)

Though and sorry to break the happy bubble of some of you, how to do you want new pvper to enjoy this event, when for exemple in IC you fight a horro boss, you almost killed it and suddenly a group of DC or EP or AD depending of your faction jump on you, kill you and leave, not even finishing the boss ?

And i could list a lot of those kind like this.

Personally, i know its PVP but if i see someone having almost kill a boss, i will help kill no matter the faction. Then if we want, we eiher part away or kill. But at least .... its more fun

And dont think i do not die, i am about my 127 death since the start. I am bat at it but i want to complete the event. So i endure. But not every player will accept that.

May be just a little fair play for things like Boss would help

          IC is free dlc .

But adding it to your account permanently infects your random dungeon finder with Imperial City Prison as a possible dungeon - so it has disadvantages

Nah, I am going to kill them while the boss has their attention, and then also kill the boss afterwards and get the loot. And I would expect the same from anyone against me in IC as well, to the point where, if I am fighting a boss and see an enemy player, I disengage from the boss to put down the player before they have a chance to do the same to me.

This isn't the Imperial City event. This is a PVP event and the dungeons have nothing to do with that.

It was super easy to get the 150TV endeavor. Dropped into the sewers from the Base.. heaps of friendly players running around killing mobs & it was still easy to find the 10 or so mobs needed for 150TV. Didn't see one enemy player :(

For me, sorry but it's hardly understandable that one could get upset because one day - out of so many PvE days - is dedicated to PvP. Come on...

Now it's true that lazy me do endeavor tasks I like only, what regularly means that I don't do all 3 every day. I take it very easy so of course, I'm cool about missing one day. o:)

I absolutely hate PvP in this game, the framework it was built upon doesn't support it, and it's just a numbers game like those mobile idle battle games.
I powered through PvP to get what I wanted from (and fortunately I was able to get the laurel in a single day, so I don't need to step back in PvP ever again).

But come on, PvP'ers don't get enough content in this game at all, Cyrodiil has been pretty much the same since release, IC has only gotten nerfed in terms of what it could've been, and battlegrounds have had the exact same maps ever since. They only have 2 single events through the entire year, and one of them isn't even PvP specific (year one celebrates wrothgar, craglorn, and imperial city).

Just let them have their fun, you'll miss nothing in 2 weeks and the next year is pretty much PvE oriented, you can have your fun in that time.
Heck, even the boon boxes are PvE related, repeatable quests in imperial city are PvE oriented quests (it's just that players can kill you).
