This used to give the same reward if you skipped the "training" and just said "I already know it. I just found that this is no longer true.
What changed? Was something not updated that should have been?
BTW, fixing walls can get you the extra AP fairly easily at a modest gold cost to make the difference. (Faster riding is worth the effort!)
