Hatchling’s Shell vs Parabellum
So these sets seem to be very similar in that one activates on damage taken vs the other which activates when you deal damage. Both offer a shield that lasts 6 seconds but then something occurred to me.
Parabellum offers a 6 second shield but such a shield would be more desirable in emergencies or when taking damage like Hatchling’s Shell.
It seems to me that a shield that proc’s in damage dealt shouldn’t offer a big burst shield with a longer cooldown, but rather a smaller shield more frequently.
Something like this:
5 Piece: When you deal damage you gain a X damage shield that lasts 3 seconds. This effect can occur every 0.5 seconds and stack up to 10 times.
Let’s assume if present Parabellum number is around 10k. Then the above example would equivalently give 1000 but it would activate more often for a sustain shield rather than burst.
