Firescourge Band

Can Someone at ZOS please look into the "Firescourge Band" lead drop that is obtained from Deadlands Dailies, i have been doing these dailies on 5 different characters since Deadlands released and cannot get this lead. Is this bugged? is my account bugged?

This cannot just be bad RNG for me this is ridiculous now i gave up trying for this for 2 weeks and my OCD made me start trying again but it is getting infuriating.
