Elsweyr Bench Wooden glitching / bugged

Has anyone else had an issue with the Elsweyr Bench Wooden that, when you walk into it, instead of it blocking you, you continue to walk *under* it, with the viewpoint dropping to match? The effect seems to reproduce wherever I place it so I'm assuming it's a very strange bug.
