Looking for an action bar addon.

I am trying to find an addon that lets you skin the action bar buttons. I found ability frames, but it is out of date (though the dev said anyone that can fix it is welcome to). I would really like to know if there is a way to use the look of the console UI buttons in the normal UI. Any help is appreciated.
