Which quests have been done?

I miss only one non repeatable quest for the achievement of Rivenspire Adventurer.
My toon progressed along several years (since '16, actually) so I cannot remember the details of what she has done, and the lists and descriptions found on the web are of no help.
There's any way to find which are the quest done (the journal does not enter in such a detail) ?

As you've guessed, there's no easy way to check.

First, Rivenspire has more than 42 quests, so there's probably a number of quests you've missed that you could do to finish the achievement.

But how to find them?

When you look at your map of Rivenspire, are all the icons filled in white? White indicates that they've been completed. If you have any that aren't, you may need to complete that town, objective, or delve. That'd be my first place to look for a quest you haven't done yet

But yes, that was the first thing I've done: map is complete and fully black. I've also rerun all the 6 delves to check.
Only doubt standing: there's a "cart to Glenumbra" near the entrance of Erokii delve (if I well remember the name), that I cannot use as if there's something to be done yet, but I cannot find anything in the whereabouts.

Aside from that, I'm not going to be able to do much besides guess at what you have and haven't done.

Some easily missed quests:

Adusa-daro has certain quests that only appear once certain story quests are finished.

There's a couple where you have to defeated name enemies first.
