Problems with Horse Training

I have a strange issue with feeding my horse. I haven't play for awhile - literally several months - and I logged in today to play. First thing: head to the stables to raise up my daily riding level. But when I got there, it said I had already raised my level today ... but I did not and in fact have not done so in months.
Curious, I tried another character. Same thing. Next character, same thing. And so on. Now even more curious, I asked my daughter to log into her account and check her horses. Like me, she hasn't played in a bit and certainly not on my computer. Same thing. Every single character shows riding level with about 13 hours to go.
Is there something I'm missing? Is this a known bug, and is there a fix?

Yes, sorta known issue: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/589107/countdown-timer-for-mount-training-shows-over-10-hours-havent-played-this-character-in-weeks ....however, doesn't seem like that many other players have reported it (yet) . Consequently, it possible Zenimax hasn't been able to narrow down the cause (assuming it is in fact a BUG with the timer reset or whatever) .CountEdmondDantes wrote: »Is this a known bug, ?
