Bank problem

Hey Guys, i set up a new pc eu account for my wife a while ago and all seemed well. today she made her first alt but there is a problem with the bank, the alt can see and interact with any gear in the bank ie remove and sell it but cant see any of the 300k gold in her bank. took out some bits and sold them with the alt and put the resulting 100 gold in the bank and that is all the alt can see. anyone got any ideas on how to solve this issue ?

✭✭✭If the 300k gold where stored in tha bank it should be accessible with all characters from that account.
Is it perhaps instead of being stored in the bank still on her main character?
She may have taken it out accidentally with her main and carries it around on the character.Total ESO playtime: 8325 hours
