Should we get more summon skins?

I like the thought of getting some summon skins, as if right now all I know of is the one bear, give at least a few to sorc for it's pets and hay why not Necro, they got a skelly that should get some love xD. Anyone else feel this way? There are so many possibilities for this and ways to go about it, I just think it's a skimmed over opportunity.

I fully agree. I would absolutely LOVE getting other forms for the Warden's summon, like a wolf or other ESO animals. The Sorc would be a great place for skins, as well, I just don't see them doing anything too creative with it and i don't really trust ZOS to put it in the store without charging way too much for it.

Would fully support skins for all summon combat pets. I find it annoying to see sorc pets all the same in major cities. Be good revenue for Zos too.

We should, and we would love to.

But ZOS does not care about cosmetics - instead they care about other cosmetics.

I’ve mentioned this before, but I would at least like to see more Clannfear skins - we already have a green reskin in Vvardenfell and the variant with the bigger crest in the Deadlands, why can’t we summon those instead of the Coldharbour Purple ones?

Absolutely! Please give the flappy birds a reskin that makes them smaller. They are a nightmare for healers in trials, always flapping in your face. There is no need to them to be so big.

Would be nice if we could use all those skins we get on summoned creatures instead. Since 9 out of 10 skins already make a character look like some netherworld monstrosity, but for summoned pets that would actually look fitting. :D

    Favorite Foods and Potions
    https://media.giphy.com/media/3otPoTggaYFNd1FdAI/giphy.gif
    • Parse Food for PvE:(DPS) Ghastly Eye Bowl (increases Max Magicka by 4592 and Magicka Recovery by 459 for 2 hours).
    • Gold/Purple Food for Sorc PvP and Meme Tanking:(PvP) Clockwork Citrus Filet (increases Max Health by 3326, Health Recovery by 406 [useful if stage 1 vampire], Max Magicka by 3080, and Magicka Recovery by 338 for 2 hours). Witchmother's Potent Brew (Increase Max Magicka by 2856, Max Health by 3094, and Magicka Recovery by 315 for 2 hours.
    • Trash Potions when feeling cheap: Regular CP150 Essence of Magicka pots that I obtain frequently from playing the game or Crown Tri-Restoration Potion obtained from dailies.
    • Crafted Potions: Essence of Spell Critical (Bugloss, Lady's Smock, and Water Hyacinth). Without magelight this is my primary means of obtaining Major Prophecy on my Sorc, which increases my Spell Critical Rating. This also heals and restores magicka. Essence of Immovability (Columbine, Corn Flower, and Wormwood). I use this in PvP, since this gives me stealth detection, knockback immunity, and restores magicka (better to use it when competent allies are nearby, since it might reveal that you are surrounded by multiple players in stealth and you will not have an emergency pot available after use). Essence of Invisibility with only 2 ingredients (Blue Entoloma, Namira's Rot, Nirnroot, or Spider Egg). I use this in PvE content that requires stealth and if I need more speed I'll use Rapid Maneuver before using the potion. Essence of Invisibility with 3 ingredients (Blessed Thistle, Blue Entoloma, and Namira's Rot). Very useful in PvP alongside the vampire Dark Stalker passive, since you'll be invisible, ignore movement speed penalty while in Crouch, and you'll have a 30% movement speed boost from Major Expedition (I always have this slotted when riding from point A to B in PvP land, since gankers are always lurking). My templar/arcanist will mostly use Essence of Health (Tri-Stat Potion) Ingredients: (Mountain Flower, Columbine, and Bugloss).

It would be like printing money for ZOS to just make white and black re-skins of the warden bear, or blue or green re-skins of the sorceror pets, but they refuse to do it for some unfathomable reason.

    :/
I guess they don't like money as much as they thought they did.

Dawg, we need skins for lots of things: Pets, Werewolves, Spells, other summons.

We ain't gonna get them. It's not a fashion area that this game will ever consider profitable--which I don't know why; I'd gladly spent a few thousand crowns here and there to breath new life into these old textures.

I think what @WraithShadow13 means is non-combat pets. EX: overlay the Scamp combat pet with the Scuttler non-combat pet, so it will LOOK like a Scuttler but be combat-usable like the Scamp.

I also wouldn't be surprised if the reason it hasn't been done is that somehow the bear can have two different appearances because there are actually multiple separate bear skills coded and they're maintained in parallel behind the scenes...

I do believe they planned on getting more skins for the bear. I mean there is an entire section in the collections for just that. With just one sad little skin in there... I am hoping that maybe in the future they might look into doing that again, and maybe add more things for the other classes. I would totally be on board with unique class cosmetic items in the crown store.
