UI Error concerning voice chat

Have been getting a UI error constantly. Started last night when I accidently left a guild and all the store items were mailed to me. The UI error says it is concerning entering voice chat and being denied and leaving voice chat. Did the patch today and still getting error. Have restarted game, and console.

Yes, I did reinstall the game and am getting the same error. I also submitted a ticket at the link you provided but was unable to attach the image.

It is fixed. All I had to do is go into a guild voice chat and the error went away. Thanks.
