Hi, no time to watch a stream. Is there a list of what's coming?

I.e. changes and content. Mainly interested on a non PvE front things like battlegrounds, or generically handy jewelry crafting etc

You can read this ^ if you want. It explains every change that's coming. But if time remains an issue, on the short and sweet I can summarize:

• Two new companions- a female khajiit and a female breton
• A card game called Tales of Tribute. You can build your own deck, play against other players. If you play against someone, your decks are combined, mixed, and distributed so that someone who is way ahead of you doesn't necessarily automatically win. You can earn collectibles, furnishings, achievements.
• New home that is underwater. I visited it and if you're into housing, this one is gorgeous
• Account wide titles and achievements
• Deconstruction assistant (like the banker, can place in homes, use in dungeons, trials, etc)
• Multi rider mounts
• Player abilities that scale with your offensive stats, such as Weapon Damage and Max Stamina, will now dynamically scale with the highest of your offensive stats

Nice thread, i was gonna ask the same thing.

While the theme of the expansion looks intruging, new big feature is very underwhelming. That house looks awesome though.

But i guess thats it?

Are the two new companions both damage dealers (story wise)?

The trial is the other bit by the look of it.

I'm not sure the house and two person horse actually count. Both of those appear to be crown store items so are very unlikely to be tied to owning the new chapter but instead are cash store items. Ditto the deconstruction assistant and the new dungeon DLC if they follow the normal rules.

The combat changes and general fixes are for everyone (not just owners of that chapter obviously) as are the PvP items. Any new styles likewise will presumably be tradeable so possibly farming them is gated but not obtaining them.

So it looks like actually you get a card game, a story line, a new trial, and two companions and that's it of the announced items so far. Presumably there will also be new furnishings, foods, achievement furnishings, mythics etc revealed later on as with Greymoor and Deadlands but if it's like previous chapters only the mythics and achivement furnishings are truly gated by the new content.

They don't appear to be in the PTS yet unless I missed something, so hard to tell. PTS has only revealed the new dungeons, the prologue quest, some gear and initial versions of the combat changes, plus a truly awful implementation of account wide achievements that hopefully changes a lot before it goes live. PTS for the actual main content is normally a fair bit later in the year.
