The Morrowind 6th House Banner Does drop

Managed to get this a few days ago just wanted everyone to know that it does drop it’s just extremely rare. For people wanting to know how you get it. I got it off mobs in the cavern part of Forgotten Wastes but I’m pretty sure it drops from any mob and any part of the dungeon. I used my alt farm account using all 7 characters to farm for it to possibly help the chances of dropping it.
