High Isle collection old pre orders?

Regarding the High Isle collection collectors edition, does it come with all the pre order bonuses for past chapters like the collectors packs in the store do? Friend of mine really wants that Blackwood Daedric armor from the pre order, but she might be better off just getting the normal edition upgrade and waiting for the blackwood collectors pack if it doesn’t come with the High Isle collection. Can anyone advise?

Oh and does it also come with the Necromancer class?

None of the prior pre-order bonuses are included, only the Collectors Edition bonuses, you would get Necro, and Warden also, as well as the prior Chapters CE Mounts, pets, emotes, momentos, and an outfit style unlocked and no cost to use at the outfit station
these items are only for the most expensive option, keep this in mind, Upgrade will only include High Isle and nothing esle

P.S. once Blackwood is part of dlc and sold for crowns in the store, they usually sell a "Collectors Pack" that includes both Collectors Edition bonuses, and some pre order bonuses for 2100 crowns, this would probably include the Dremora Kynereeve Outfit, but these packs do NOT include the actual chapter
