Hello guys. I'm returning to ESO after two years break. I mainly play during evening 8p.m - 1 a.m but so far i've found pc eu cyrodil / imperial city quite deserted. How it looks like on NA realms cuz i wonder about moving there?
If you went into Ravenwatch (no cp) on PC/EU, it has recently died. Try the alliance locked CP campaign instead. I don't know of any regular activity in Cyrodiil except the occasional zerg group and ganker presence.
Greyhost is now the main campaign on pceu, though some guilds will run under 50s events on icereach and newbie events on ravenwatch. Blackreach server much lower activity.
It's worth noting that numbers have declined and Greyhost generally caps much later than it did before but after 6pm red and blue certainly will be. Yellow is quieter during european hours but it's get there and is active overnight with antipodeans.
After 8pm you shd be good. Your issue then is going to be that's prime time for ball groups and they tend to cause a lot of lag. I honestly now split when they show.
In case you're considering going in other times, it's worth noting the caps have been significantly lower. As a rough guide, I'd say 1 bar = empty, 2 bars = there's a guy farming shards the other side of the map, and 3 bars = a couple of tower farmers running around Arrius lumber and maybe a rockhugger dancing around near BRK. Ie not really worth it unles its locked.
