I wonder if throwing in the Dressing Room Molag Kena swap that some people have been using would be worth it. I suspect not, since you would miss out on some Toggle stacks due needing to heavy soon after swapping to Balorgh.
Also of course, it's cyro and when are you ever not stuck in combat :D

Also, I assume you could build it with a stam build and use vigor as the healing, it would enable the minor brutality to buff your weapon damage, at the cost of the two max magicka lines of Elegance being wasted

There was a vid up on th emain page a couple of days back showcasing that; definitely gave bigger hits. It mysteriously disappeared though and I can't find it now. Makes me think they're treating this as an exploit?

There is nothing wrong by changing sets while not in combat. This is how the game works.
If you were able to change sets DURING combat, now that would be exploiting.

Thank god its mag dks doing this, so nbs don't get nerfed. Mag dks need a little nerfing anyways so this will just make it happen faster and harder. Maybe not technically an exploit, but you really shouldn't be able to keep buffs from sets when you swap.
I wrote a poem that I titled, "The ganker's delight."

As you lay upon the ground, cry not little pawn.
The pain will pass as quickly as my blade did take you,
but my delight will last and you will respawn.
My heart simply cannot contain my joy, when I ply my trade.

The fault lies with you, your skill was lacking.
Now your salt is mine forever, can't you hear the laughing?
Once you were so proud and now you are reduced to this.
    A miserable, loud deuced fool.

With every tear you drip, with every excuse you let slip.
All of your insecurities and worries bring a smile to my lip.
From your despair I have ripped endless glories,
but our affair is over now. Be afraid for I will return for more.

I have received many titles, to my allies I am The sniper Emperor and Grand champion hero of the Pact. However these titles mean little to me, it is the ones given to me by my victims that I prefer. To them I am "Xv1er", "trash", "no balls", "zerger", "noob", "cringe", "no skill", "camper", "100% new", "the reason this game is dying", "pathetic", "a sack of piece of [snip]", "mediocre", "absolute inbred", "beyond a virgin", "ganky dork", "fat smelly 40yr old virgin", "little girl", "daddy", "exploiting loser", and every [snipped] word known to man.

I wasn't making a value judgement, I was making an observation. My recollection though is that zos have regarded switching sets out of combat where the intention is to double dip on buffs as inappropriate. If you check back, they adjusted elfbane, 7th legion so they only buffed once in combat because people were apparently using them to prebuff and then switching.

It will affect my NB using Molag Kena.

Equip switch API should be disabled in PvP areas.

That would be super annyoing for people who use it how it was intended, to switch between sets depending on what they are doing. Often in cyrodiil I will use it to change my setup based on if I am fighting in a big group or in a small group.

Rather, Molag Kena should be changed to work like Balorgh. The buff should disappear on unequipping it

Or the buff forces you into combat until the buff ends. There are various ways around a fix.

So you can proc kena, put long-term buffs, go off combat and swap? :D
