Since I already have the monthly eso plus and change it to year plan do I get charge right away And if I get charge right away for eso plus year plan do I get the crown for yearly plan right away

PC? If you change from monthly to annual, when your monthly comes up for renewal, you will renew at the annual rate. The Crowns are given when the renewal happens.
