I would really love reading "crafting station" in my homes

Buyable from Rolis Hlaalu, new type of "crafting station", composed of elegant sofa, desk and a bookshelve, placable at home, allowing me to glare at my beautifull character, while he/she is reading lore books and eudectic memory books that I've collected. I know, I know - I can access all the books from in-game menu's but that's kind of immersion breaking for me and, from what I've talked to other players, to others as well.
And in order to encourage more grind - as all MMO like to do - we could get "attunable" reading stations and base reading station. Base would allow us to read everything that is already being sold by Mages Guild as separate books to furnish our homes (after we collect them of course). Attunable would only display lore books + eudetic memory books from one specific zone, that we attuned it for. Different models for specific regions would be also nice.
I think that since long time many people had nothing to spend their vouchers on, so this would allow them to get back into grinding master writs. If made craftable - it would deplete some abundance of mats from the game, which is always a good think. When sold at guild traders it would be a gold sink, lowering inflation, which is also needed.
And it would be a great immersive addition with almost no, if I'm not mistaken, complicated coding or dev work needed. Win-win situation?

Seems like a fantastic idea to me. I'd definitely like that. If it was themeable to the race of your character also that would be cool but a generic one also would be very nice.

Umm? What abundance of materials? My husband has actually stopped playing the game, stopped his ESO+, because he enjoys crafting and antiquities and can get neither materials nor leads.

    Favourite NPC: Wine-For-All
Mostly PC-EU , with a lonely little guy on NA.

I dunno... I mean theres nothing to stop you putting your character in a house while you roleplay and relive all those old notes the way you can now.

And there are already 300-350 readable Mages guild books from the base game (plus some from dlcs) that can be placed and read in homes. I actually made a library with all of them when I finished getting every lore book in the game.

But I'd like it if they added lore books that arent covered by that collection so they were replaceable. This one is my favorite book in the game but sadly isnt placeable....

Ooh I did the same thing when I finished my Mage's guild library.

I do think this idea would be worth it if the housing mats required were low. There is NO abundance of housing mats. They are expensive because the supply is much lower than the demand. And if they combined book categories to save on space. Currently each individual book takes up a item slot of which we already don't get that many compared to the size of notable homes.
