There's over 500 sets in the game for you to choose from. You aren't restricted to the one set.
If you are asking for a set that grants Major Slayer, there's quite a few in game. Master Architect/War Machine and one of the more recent ones (can't remember the name) also grant the buff. Id look around and see which ones you find to fit into your personal setup the best.

The problem with Master Architect/War Machine is that they're limited to just 5 players, whereas RO can impact every DPS in a trial AND it has a higher uptime when paired with Jorvalds than you could get with MA. It's just clearly, hands down, better than MA/WM (although I still use MA in dungeons). If MA/WM went back to effecting the whole trial team again, or it was changed in some way to have its own respective advantage over RO, then I think we could consider it a viable alternative.
Has RO been changed then? I just looked it up and it said it affects yourself and up to 5 other players (it may be old info as I never remember the sets and always have to look them up)

With RO you heavy twice in a row to get everyone up.

I can think of a few healers that run MA in 4 man content.
I would have liked it better if RO was a set everyone could wear, and not just a one player buff set that we relegated to healers.

And they probably also run SPC. The only reason not to run SPC as a healer is if you want to be different and don't mind being worse. The drop off from SPC to Olorime is pretty small, but it's massive after that. Ultimately, the fact that major courage is so powerful and also so rare is awful for healer build diversity.
