✭✭✭✭✭Sorcerer has it, Bolt Escape or something. Wayshrines and target a dungeon, trial, or harborage is already an option they don't just target other wayshrines for free ports.1 -

Join a guild and you can teleport to any location a guildie is in by traveling to player. Wayshrines teleport you anywhere you've been already. I port everywhere this way and haven't paid gold for a port in years.
Short range Teleport is class specific as mentioned above (Sorc,Nightblade,Warden), but still available.3 -

✭✭✭✭✭And there is always the option to teleport for free to an own house - choose one that is near a wayshrine - and then go from that wayshrine to wherever you want - costs nothing at all - and we all get at least 1 free inn room, and all of them are near a wayshrine - so no need for a skill like that.
On another note, teleport fees are a permanent gold sink - if ZOS would implement something what lowers the effect of this gold sink, they would have to balance it out some other place.1 -

Portals between the homes a player owns would also open up some interesting housing options and help to overcome some of the limitations in housing.0

es4eva✭✭✭One of the issues I've had with this game has always been the overwhelming focus on combat. Every spell and ability is directly tied to combat.
"Recall" type spells that you see in other games would be pretty cool, but I doubt we will ever see anything like that in ESO.0 -
Mesite✭✭✭✭In TES 3 Morrowind I loved the Divine Intervention and Almsivi Intervention spells that took me to the nearest shrines. Mark and Recall were good too. I missed them in Oblivion. The wayshrines work well in ESO.0

ZOS could change the eviscerate animation so that it works like the materialize gap closer. - Trash Potions when feeling cheap: Regular CP150 Essence of Magicka pots that I obtain frequently from playing the game or Crown Tri-Restoration Potion obtained from dailies.
- Crafted Potions: Essence of Spell Critical (Bugloss, Lady's Smock, and Water Hyacinth). Without magelight this is my primary means of obtaining Major Prophecy on my Sorc, which increases my Spell Critical Rating. This also heals and restores magicka. Essence of Immovability (Columbine, Corn Flower, and Wormwood). I use this in PvP, since this gives me stealth detection, knockback immunity, and restores magicka (better to use it when competent allies are nearby, since it might reveal that you are surrounded by multiple players in stealth and you will not have an emergency pot available after use). Essence of Invisibility with only 2 ingredients (Blue Entoloma, Namira's Rot, Nirnroot, or Spider Egg). I use this in PvE content that requires stealth and if I need more speed I'll use Rapid Maneuver before using the potion. Essence of Invisibility with 3 ingredients (Blessed Thistle, Blue Entoloma, and Namira's Rot). Very useful in PvP alongside the vampire Dark Stalker passive, since you'll be invisible, ignore movement speed penalty while in Crouch, and you'll have a 30% movement speed boost from Major Expedition (I always have this slotted when riding from point A to B in PvP land, since gankers are always lurking). My templar/arcanist will mostly use Essence of Health (Tri-Stat Potion) Ingredients: (Mountain Flower, Columbine, and Bugloss).

Releasing the skill you assking for would destroy sorc identity even further.

"Undo" is not necessarily a teleport though - it is a reset in time of a few seconds - if you are still in the same place, it will not teleport you at all, but just reset your stats to what they were seconds ago.
