Daily Rewards Issue

So, I sign on today and when I claim my daily reward, I notice that the last one for the month (The Alliance Points) have a padlock on them and the text says that the month will expire before I can claim it. Except, it won't. I have claimed 18 days so far. It is January 18th. There are 13 days left in the month, and there are 13 boxes left in the Daily Rewards calendar. So... what gives? What's with the padlock on the last one?

Is anyone else seeing this?

    hmm, i'm not seeing what you're seeing

    Not sure which 'time zone' you're in , or which platform (PC or console) , but i've logged in everyday and mine shows 19 days logged in so far, with only 12 remaining.

    There are 12 days left in the month. The month starts on the evening of the 31st in the americas.

    IIRC, the daily login starts during the evening of the last day of the previous month. That means there should be players who are accepting the 19th reward tonight and that you seem to have missed a day. That is if I am correct.

    And judging by the post made while I was typing mine, it seems this is the case.

    That seems.... silly? Either way, there is no way that I missed a day. I sign in every night and the reward rolls over for me at 5pm (PST). So something has gone awry somewhere.

    There are 13 days left in the month, that's how a calendar works. If Zenimax chooses to start their month a day early, that's fine, but it doesn't make the month have one less day.

    They start at midnight UTC. In Europe, Asia and Africa, there are only 12 days left after today.

    I think you've got the wrong roll-over time. In my time zone-- Eastern Time, USA, or 3 hours ahead of you-- the roll-over is at 8 PM EDT or 7 PM EST, which corresponds to midnight GMT or UTC. The time you mentioned is correct if Daylight-Saving Time is in effect-- i.e., 5 PM PDT-- but when DST ended the roll-over became 4 PM PST for you.

    I also think it glitches sometimes. I now have four accounts. I sign each of them in every day at the same time, I.e., one after another, to pick up the daily rewards. I start when the month rolls over (I.e., the evening before the first day of the month, and I have no problem with the daily changeover time — I know all that stuff. Yet, this month so far, one of my accounts has the final two days of the month locked, two accounts have the last day locked, and only one currently has all potential rewards available.

    I am sure I haven’t missed a day, so I’m scratching my head over this, honestly. The same thing has happened several times in previous months, so I think there could indeed be a possible glitch. (I’ve never bothered to put in a ticket since it has seemed too trivial to mention, but, yeah, I think the OP could be raising a valid issue).
