Can confirm that in Wayrest Sewer's the Rat Whisperer's summoned Skeevers do count as kills. Took no time at all to finish the 125 kills :D

That definately was effective way to do this. Had to die once though as otherwise I would had killed the boss and still needed more rats :P

There is no point to including a tooltip that just repeats the name of the endeavor.

You mean when I use my meteor ultimate and miss, only to hit a rat, it will count for more then just bringing me pain today? :')

I despise that feature of the game!

Can't hit them with AOE, but they can soak up a heavy-hitting attack. Annoying.

As bad as the torch bugs and butterflies that fly in front of a harvest point or skyshard so Mirri can get ticked with you!

These endeavors could use much better in-game information on exactly what meets the need and where to find them!

I often forget since I haven't been there (wherever) recently.

I just ran along the Northern Elsweyr main path, slaughtering big cats and big birds. Nobody ever ventures there and the beasties respawn quickly, so I was done pretty soon.

Skeevers in Wayrest Sewers. Two or so runs gets it done

You can use the one side boss to farm rats, don't kill him, just keep killing the rats he summons and he will keep summoning more. (if you don't want to leave the dungeon and come back)

Yep it work like charm :D And that boss is ranged boss, so you can easily move far enough from him to not damage him with your aoes while killing the rats. I just kept up endless hail and caltrops around me with occasional vigor to heal up the hits from the boss and in a minute or two the endeavor was done.

The skeevers in Kenarthi's Roost, on the bottom right island, the Speckled Shell Plantation.

They respawn really fast and you can just run in a circle, killing them. Also there's a few chests and harvest nodes on there to liven things up. :)

yup. harpies count as beasts. plus in wrothgar there are spawns for 'swarming harpies' that will give several beast kills per swarm.

I had to look up 'tautology' in the dictionary. The definition was "Tautology (n) [tôˈtäləjē] see TAUTOLOGY."

Back in ye olde days (actually as recently as the 1920's) in real life 'beast' meant mammal. In ESO it seems to mean roughly mammalian hostile creatures. So even thought deer are mammals they don't count, and harpies do even though they're a bird/mammal hybrid.

In theory humans and khajiit should count (and possibly elves?) but I think in ESO each enemy can only have 1 type and they all have different ones.

So it's a bit confusing, but basically if it has fur or hair and will attack you then it's a beast.

I got it just by roaming around a few different zones, mainly killing bears, wolves, sabre cats and senche. I considered doing something like Wayrest sewers but found this more interesting and I got a bunch of crafting materials at the same time.

Tbh. I wonder more about daily endeavours:

    - Kill 10 Foes with Weapon Abilities
    - Kill 5 Giants
    - Cut 5 Logs of Wood
    - Defeat 1 Patrolling Horror in the Imperial City Districts
    - Complete 1 Survey Report

So... what would have happen if I did 2 endeavours (Cut 5 Logs of Wood & Complete 1 Survey Report) and then killed 4 Giants & 9 enemies with weapon ability... and then Kill the final 5th Giant with weapon ability ? ?

What would count 1st ? Kill Giants or kill enemies with weapon ability ? Or maybe those would both count and I would have done 4 Endeavours ? ? ?

The perfect place that I got the dailies and the weekly done was in Eastmarch outside of Windhelm, there are Giants, wolves, and logs to cut all in one area.

I did this one recently along with Kill Giants, in the Rift, mammoths and saber-cat (the cat things all over by the mammoths) count, and there's a bunch of them.

Then i finished in Craglorn and killed the large Jackal packs which count.
