Can't enchant Vastarie's Tutelage
I build Vastelage's Tutelage Set. But I couldn't enchant it.
Is there any of special method to enchant this set or, just can't enchant it ?
Or Is it just bug? Which is correct?

✭Did you make CP 150 gear but you're trying to put CP 160 enchantments on it? That's the most common error that I've seen lead to your complaint.2 -
