No repair option in launcher?

According to everything I can see googling this I should have a repair option on my launcher under "options".....I do not. Am I missing something or is this broken?

EmperorIl✭✭✭✭Disregard, but to help anyone else out there are two setting on the launcher, the large gear in upper right (which screams to you this is the settings) and an obscure "Game Options" tiny gear above the news text box. This obscure one is what you need.0
