Don't remember dialog but it's almost always right after she drops her big AOE underneath her. Not
every
time, but when she does it, it happens after that AOE in my experience.
So when she puts it down I just get ready to interrupt.

Fyi the person getting targetted can just block the beam if you can't interrupt in time

Stay just outside her aoe then either sprint and interrupt or use something like Crushing Shock.
